1. About Vaazhai Table

Vaazhai Table is a South Indian supper club that hosts curated dining experiences and community events. All bookings made through our website are subject to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Eligibility

By making a booking on our website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or are booking under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

3. Event Bookings

• All bookings are subject to seat availability.
• A booking is confirmed only after successful payment and receipt of a confirmation message or email.
• Vaazhai Table reserves the right to refuse or cancel any booking at its discretion.

4. Pricing & Payments

• All prices displayed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR).
• Full payment must be made at the time of booking unless otherwise specified.
• Vaazhai Table reserves the right to modify event prices at any time before a booking is confirmed.

5. Cancellation & Refunds

• Once a booking has been confirmed and payment has been successfully processed, the booking is considered final.
• No cancellations, modifications, or refunds will be permitted after payment confirmation.
• Failure to attend the event, or inability to participate for any reason shall not entitle the guest to any refund, credit, or transfer.
• If Vaazhai Table cancels an event for any reason after bookings have been confirmed, guests will receive a full refund of the amount paid within 5–7 working days.

6. Event Changes

Vaazhai Table reserves the right to make reasonable changes to event schedules, menus, seating arrangements, venue details, or event formats whenever necessary. Any significant changes will be communicated to booked guests.

7. Guest Conduct

Guests are expected to behave respectfully towards hosts, staff, and fellow attendees. Vaazhai Table reserves the right to deny entry or remove any guest whose behavior is disruptive, inappropriate, or unsafe, without any refund.

8. Dietary Preferences & Allergies

While we strive to accommodate dietary preferences and restrictions wherever possible, guests are responsible for informing us of any allergies or dietary requirements before the event. Vaazhai Table shall not be held liable for any adverse reactions resulting from undisclosed allergies or dietary restrictions.

9. Photography & Media

Photographs and videos may be captured during events for promotional and marketing purposes. By attending a Vaazhai Table event, you consent to the use of such content unless you specifically request otherwise before the event.

10. Limitation of Liability

Vaazhai Table shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in our events, use of our website, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
